Charleston Harbor Fest is an event of the Sea, Land, and Air. The festival takes place Downtown Charleston at the Maritime Center all the way down to the Passenger's Terminal and spans across the harbor to Patriots Point. The festival is open to the public and is FREE. It is a great event for all ages with a fantastic family atmosphere. There will be more Tall Ships in Charleston Harbor than ever before and will be open for viewing and tours. Among these ships, South Carolina's very own educational Tall Ship the Spirit of South Carolina will be there to welcome all visitors to this grand event. Among Tall Ships, we will have marine and arts and crafts exhibitors, an "Old Charlestowne" living history camp, a children's village, wooden boat displays, free sailing, air shows, live music and food, a huge blowout Harborpalooza at Patriots Point, as well as Liberty Village showcasing military displays and education interactions.
